Caudillo del Congrio

This is Pablo Neruda's favorite meal. After tasting it at El Reloj Restaurant, I completely understands why. It is delicious and wonderful on a cold day in Puerto Varas where we stopped off for a night before and after we visited Chiloe.

Doesn't this look great on a cold and rainy day? mmmm mmm good! :D
